There is a 5% disposal fee on hanging weight.
For fresh product brought in by by customer: $2.00/lb fresh ground only or sausage (includes beef, pork or wild game)
3% discount on payments made by cash or check

All pork processed at $1.35/lb.
Includes curing/smoking of hams and/or bacons and up to two sausage seasoning flavors including: fresh ground pork, regular breakfast sausage, Italian, spicy or hot.
Other – Kansas City Bacon, Canadian Bacon, Cowboy Bacon, Smoked
There is a 5% disposal fee on hanging weight.
For fresh product brought in by customer:
Smoking only – $2.50 lb. to cure/smoke only
$3.00 lb. to cure/smoke/vak-pak
3% discount on payments made by cash or check.

A service charge of $15.00 will be applied if mileage exceeds 30 miles from shop.
Fees are due at time of order pick up. Orders should be picked up within three days of notification to avoid storage fees.
