How It Works:
Not everyone has done the whole “My family used to butcher chickens” thing, so we understand how this process can be confusing when all you want is some meat.
So here’s how it works:
You schedule a butcher date with us. Give us a call at (509) 276-2237. Or if you’re working with a local producer, talk to them to schedule a butcher date with us.
We will come to the farm to butcher the animal and hang it in our truck.
We take it back to the shop where it hangs for its optimal time, depending on species and fat cover.
Once the animal is in the shop, you can place your order here.
Once the carcass is ready, we cut your meat to perfectly match your order.
We wrap it up and contact you to schedule a pickup time.
Keep in mind, you will need to bring your own coolers, crates, boxes or a tarp in the back of your car to collect your meat.
